What Grows In Alabama And Helps Your Eyesight?
Thesis: There are a number of things that would help the eyesight of a person in Alabama's wild. One thing, the roots of Queen Anne's Lace is actually a wild carrot. Carrots have been known to have lots of nutrients that improve eyesight in an individual. Another thing you could find in stores is Bilberry. Bilberry is a natural treatment that hasn't been approved by the FDA being a natural supplement for eyesight. Carrots, on the other hand have been known to increase eyesight by a large margin and flush the body better. Another herb we haven't talked about yet is, Elderberry...Elderberry probably works a lot like Bilberry and it's found growing wild in Alabama....
The Elderberry, (Sambuchus Nigra) is used for cholesterol levels, cold and coughs, and eyesight. It has bioflavinoids, antioxidants and much more that can clean up a cold or infection quicker than other herbs. It improved many virus type illnesses including aids.
Common elderberries are found in Alabama on trees about 16 feet tall growing wild along the side of brush throughout the state. They contain clusters of white flowers like the queen anne's lace. When the berries ripen, they have large clusters of small black berries eaten by small wildlife like birds and small mammals.
Many herbalists grow the plants outside their home and use the berries for it's medicinal properties. The herbs are only recommended by physician's advice only. Never try to treat yourself for any related illness without direct contact by your doctor. You could make matters worse.
