Birds In The Wild That Can Be Domesticated

There are several birds in the wild that can be domesticated. Those birds by nature are more used to humans than other birds. First bird is the dove. Doves of all types can be kept as pets and domesticated. Doves are extremely intelligent and have healing properties for a pet owner. You can find doves in your local petsmart if you don't want to domesticate one. Second bird is the Bob White Quail. The Bob White Quail can be  raised on the farm for their eggs and meat. Some people just like quails because they are both intelligent and very beautiful. My brother and I had quail when we were teens. The quail were tame enough to rub their backs and heads. The third bird are Golden Finches. Golden Finches are all over the place. They fly in flocks. They sell them in Petsmart like Doves. The third type, the American Wild Turkey. People farm Wild Turkeys for their meat or just have them as pets. They are precocious, temperamental and
great for cultivating land. There is not much maintenance for turkeys in comparison to Chickens or Quail.  Chickens are good for compost and keeping land clean.
