Taraxacum officinale is a very friendly flower that just wants to pop up where you want it to, kind of like cheese from "Foster's home for imaginary friends". The thing about this plant, it has medicinal qualities and it can be eaten like turnip greens, collards or mustard greens.
My chickens used to love this plan in the evenings when I fed them. They would not leave a leaf. There are many people that make wine, grind it into "coffee" and take it as a suppliment for various ailments. I've chewed a little on it. It's okay, but I don't particularly like it's bitter taste too much.
