Brant Goose

The Brant Goose is a migrator throughout the east coast. According to Outdoor Alabama, the bird's about 22 inches tall. It kind of puts one in mind of the canadian goose that's also a visitor of Alabama.

The Brant is an omnivore eater of aquatic algaes and sea plants. It also loves mollusks and small animals that roam onto the ocean's shoreline. It mostly thrives on salt water animals. The Brant goose like others goes into colonies together. The colonies are very close nit like most mammals and birds.
