Mid-Febuary And Early Blooming

I've noticed this Febuary, everything is blooming early.  The narcissus' are already dominating the meadow between our homes and the cat's claw is dominating our nostrils as we walk outside. Cat's claw takes over the trees around our home. It's major hits are small shrubs and deciduous trees like Sweet-gum and  Choke cherry Trees. Clustered moss has already overtaken mocker-nut and oak tree trunks. The moss looks a lot like a resurrection plant and falls off to the ground. Many of our elders used the moss in crafts and as a natural way to decorate their homes during spring with wreaths. Gardens have been known to use ornaments used with abandoned birds' nests.
