The Brazilian Cottontail

(Wikipedia Imperata Brasiliensis Creative Commons)

Brazilian Cottontail is a very pesky weed with lots of seeds on it's heads, when a good wind blows, the seeds travel and implant into the soil making more cottontail. Many people like cottontails because they look alot like
cattails.  Wapedia explains that many people love the plant as a ornamental grass. It's really noxious though cause it spreads quickly covering the ground fairly well. Brazilian Satintail and cottontail otherwise known as Imperata Brasiliensis is under USDA's site make this one an invasive weed targeting the far Southeastern United States.
